Those sure look good. I never even think to buy tenderloin. We cook pork shoulder roast quite often.
@Sheldon Scott. I can tell you for sure that the one in the picture I posted is delicious since I have made that one!
I usually get the tenderloin because it has less fat than some of the other pork parts.
