Our house is insured for more than $300,000, which is what they figured the replacement cost would be. We paid $14,400 for it.
You need to sell and make a profit and move to your property. Fix it up before you get too old to do it.
They have my house insured for a lot more than I think it's worth, too. But if something happened to it, I would rebuild something much smaller and put the rest in my pocket.
