John Cena started out as a professional wrestler, then became a rapper (I had no idea) and is now an actor. He recently granted his 650th Wish through the Make-A-Wish foundation. A mother and her children fled Ukraine after their home was destroyed, and she kept her teenage son's spirits up along the journey by promising that he was going to meet John Cena. Cena heard their story right as he had 3 days off of work, and since was only an hour's flight away, he "stopped by." The kid seems to be Special Needs...the story I read made no mention of it, but since he's in the Make-A-Wish system, I would assume it to be so. Being the most requested celebrity, Cena has long been the world Make-A-Wish record holder, with second place being a mere 200 Wishes. He has been doing this since 2002, averaging over 30 Wishes per year! That's 2-3 per month for 20 years!!!
