I’m rather active always have been ….tried a billion different BP meds however I continue to have high BP despite taking ANOTHER new meds that were only prescribed to me a month ago after doing a stress test on the treadmill which the dr said I did what they expect a 50 yo to do …..I’m 76. My stress test showed all good. I’ve been taking BP meds since I was about 45 and all the drs say is “ it must be inherited” cause I’ve never ever touched smoking of drank in my life ..and always ate a healthy diet ..we never eat out or order any take away, and mainly eat a low carb diet We are traveling to the city of Adelaide South Aust ..(I Live in SA but not the city or suburbs) I’m 2 hours drive away from city. while down there for a 5 day break we have plans to attend 2 social ballroom dancing venues to do our dancing that keeps us reasonably fit @Jeff Elohim

Contamination from plumbing pipes etc. The contamination is un-noticeable until it causes a problem, and then it is almost never attributed by the doctor's system to what the real culprit is - they are trained only to treat the SYMPTOMS, not to find the CAUSE. The proof was evidenced by the problem being resolved when the person switched to distilled water, or at least the best filtered water, and the control mechanism near the kidneys was gradually cleaned out of the contamination, thus allowing the body to function properly, and no drugs needed, ever.

It is a relatively 'new' thing, and may well be more hyperbole - concealed, made up - for money than substantiated fact, but the facts about what the drug lords/makers have done is so horrendous few people are ready to hear it or even admit it is possible such evil could have been permitted for the last century all across the usa and the world. The simple not 'new' information from the past centuries is still very reliable compared to 'new' stuff - no, modern junk does not make it better junk, of the mind or science; just more deceptive. People who were treated quickly with oxygen via cpap type masks and not those deadly tubes inserted, were almost always able to be released within three or four days. People treated with 'modern' protocol usually got worse and stayed six weeks give or take some, and many of them died from the 'modern' methods/drugs/treadments.
It is getting a lot more difficult and can take a lot of experimenting and trial and error finding reliable information about anything , especially healthy ways, online. There has been steady, constant, frequent, massive censorship and also alteration of web pages/ books/ articles to make it look like pharmacy and science is trying to help and can help people, but that's only because of bribes and starting with false assumptions and 'trusting' authroatories that are in a massively corrupt system . For example, if someone is allergic to msg and changes their diet a dozen times even with sometimes reliable sources, but they keep getting msg, the allergy continues. If someone changes their diet even to eating only one type of healthy soup or somesuch simple diet, but continues to drink contaminated water, the pressure continues. Then a miracle may occur. If they switch to distilled water, never drinking tap water or bottled water that is just from another tap/city or is filtered but not very very good, the switch to distilled water has resulted in "a miracle" in many instances. Of course, it is not a miracle in view of the facts, or is it ? The great numbers of people who never find out or who never accomplish the change means that "statistically" there is only a small chance that anyone will recover. Yes those salts and chemicals cause potentially a lot of damage in the walls of the blood vessels, kidneys, liver, brain, and on and on in a catch 22 as people go on oblivious to the dangers and health risks they face daily and their doctors make things worse for them. btw, though this might have changed in the last twenty years to other contaminants, the one that caused, apparently, the most pressure problems from tap water was cadmium , I think - from memory. Cadmium, or whatever, was leaching continually from the soldered or welded joints in the water lines, and would clog or disable the adrenal glands which would normally keep the 'flow' going in a healthy way and maintain proper pressure in the body. When those glands were/are clogged or injured by anything, the pressure is no longer controlled properly. Many many MEDICINES might very well be to blame also, especially since drug use has been purposefully increased greatly over the last three or four decades, even more than the previous five decades when it was already the leading cause of sickness and death, including autims and crib death.
