Biden's vaccine mandate just took another hit. Judge Matthew Schelp of the Eastern District of Missouri issued an injunction halting President Joe Biden's Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandate for Medicare and Medicaid workers (i.e., CMS) in ten states Monday, citing a lack of approval from Congress.

    More Information:

"According to CMS, the effectiveness of the vaccine to prevent disease transmission by those vaccinated is not currently known, what is known based on the evidence before the Court is that the mandate will have a crippling effect on a significant number of healthcare facilities in Plaintiffs’ states, especially in rural areas, services (resulting in no medical care at all in some instances), and jeopardize the lives of numerous vulnerable citizens. The prevalent, tangible, and irremediable impact of the mandate tips the balance of equities in favor of a preliminary injunction," Schelp wrote.

The mandate was also ruled arbitrary and capricious for the following reasons:

The mandate is arbitrary and capricious because the record is devoid of evidence regarding the covered healthcare facilities

The mandate is arbitrary and capricious because CMS improperly rejected alternatives to the mandate.

The mandate is arbitrary and capricious because of its broad scope.

The mandate is arbitrary and capricious due to CMS’s sudden change in course.

The mandate is arbitrary and capricious because CMS failed to consider or properly weigh necessary reliance interests.

My sister was making fun of me for recommending ivermectin with regards to covid.
Interesting findings about middle Africa before covid 'o': Infection/death numbers were lower than, say, in South Africa and more populated/modern areas.
It was said the middle of the continent did not keep good records. But it was found that they did. They have oral tradition and specialized hospitals, small but with records. The interesting thing is that there are a lot of diseases caused by parasites in these areas so they use ivermectin a lot.
    hmmmmmm

When the numbers from any country or area don't fit the narrative, always expect the numbers to be "adjusted" sooner or later.

Invermectin used to be idolized by the World Health Organization, who lowered its recommended status as soon as Trump endorsed it. They moved it back up a notch after the election.

    Science, my sweet ass.

So that we wouldn't realize that most of the viruses come from China, WHO developed a new scheme for naming them, replacing the practice of naming them for the place of origin. WHO is now using the letters of the Greek alphabet.

However, in naming the most recent one Omicron, the WHO skipped over Xi, and went straight from Nu to Omicron. In order, the letters would have been Mu, Nu, Xi, Omicron. Would anyone care to guess why they might have skipped over Xi?

It must have been a big deal, and it was a big deal because they changed the standard naming practice in order not to show China in a bad light, only to find that their new naming scheme included Xi, the name of the Chinese president.

Did anyone guess the Xi @Ken Anderson skipping it? I'd love to know? Is it number 11 like Don said? Not sure the significance, but curious ;)
