I watched part of the trial last night and it didn't seem at all appropriate for the prosecutor to be allowed to ask the defendant (the one accused of doing the actual shooting) whether he heard things that had been testified to in court. The defense objected, but the judge overruled the objection, and the result was that the prosecutor got to repeat the testimony of the whole litany of witnesses for the prosecution, and the jury heard this testimony repeated, while the defendant had to answer yes to each one of them. Although he was answering yes to having heard the testimony, the optics were of the defendant affirming the testimony of a whole list of prosecution witnesses. It served no other purpose and shouldn't have been allowed.

From what I saw is the judge may as well been one on the DA team,No bond, none of Arberys criminal records were allowed by the judge , judge allowed the radicals rights activist from all over the nation to come into the court and stare down the jury, yet nobody else was allowed to see them. NINE charges is throwing the book at all 3.

Me and my husband find the news a little pleasant. I do not agree with all verdicts though. I find it impartial sounding.

What integrity? Seems all Woke to me. Now and then they will sneak in some justice but otherwise its all about the plan to appease. I just vent and complain since nothing anyone can do about anything now.

Wonder why the Black Panthers needed military type guns to protest outside the court house?

Great comeback, except that Kyle didn't have a military weapon, nor was he protesting. He brought the gun, first, to defend the business, then to defend himself, and he did quite well with it.

Anyone listen to this BS " white vigilantism is on the rise" says this race husling profiteer.
So what the hell do they call all the black on black murders ,black vigilantees? Og guess those ' black lives don't matter '.
Meantime those who are quick to point out they never owned slaves are taking over the nation. See how well blacks and whites get treated by the new kids on the block. They are laughing at both of us fighting each other while they build up their forces in politics, entertainment ,sports building more churches to help bring take over.Nothing wrong with them they just don't know how to live in a free ,have not had time to assimilate into this type of culture and will change it into what they are running from.
A nation is not about race it is about culture.Look at California. Miami went from beautiful peaceful to Woke and violent in just one generation of those escaping communism. No time to assimilate. I was there in the early 70s before the change and right after the dry foot family reunification illegal law's was enacted by libs and McCain I think it was in 1975.

OK. So I assume that the message is that if you participate in any kind of public group, 'ya better take a gun.' Gotcha!
