Forget it Cody. To tell the truth, I really do not care what you think or who you listen to because at the bottom line, it’s all about you wanting to argue.
You have no facts, no science and no interest in either. It’s just about you and the argument and I’m not here to argue with anyone, especially you since you’re so, so bad at it.

I’m talking about the vaccine, the mysterious lack of confidence by our government in it and masking and the problematic toll that our government is creating for us, the citizens. Nothing more, nothing less.

I just reviewed my post and I can't see where I tagged anyone or tried to convince anyone that I was right and they were wrong. I made it clear that my opinion is based on documented scientific studies that have NO POLITICAL motive. The purpose of the test was for medical personal to understand how protective their masks are and how different masks differ.

Lon place is in California and you can bet your sweet biff they will follow the rules, even if they think they are foolish and unscientific. The hypocrites that control Calif. don't wear their masks except for TV and public appearances, but wouldn't think twice about fining Lon's place into bankruptcy. I could care less about convincing anyone I am right.

I studied virology for 4 years. It was through a research center in Portland and also on my own with my doctor's guidance. I wanted to know how I lost nerves in my left side face and inner ear. To understand this, I bought and borrowed several medical textbooks used in medical schools, and since I was in bed for 4 years with daily dizziness and pending vertigo from viral damage and atypical MS, I studied them so I could ask intelligent questions of my neuro-otologist, neurologist, and rheumatologist. This study led to me asking one neurologist a question about Vitamin D that basically is the reason my immune was compromised seriously. I also questioned my antiviral drug and had it changed and these two changes are probably the only reasons I am alive. One text "Viral Neuropathies in the Temporal Bone," was one that enlightened me to understand how the varicella-zoster virus travels a REVERSE path up from the spine where it resides into the trigeminal nerve and into the inner ear where it damages or totally destroys nerves. It is also the way it can get into brain nerves, damage the myelin sheath and appear as white matter on an MRI. This presentation is commonly mistaken for MS. Shingles doesn't always break out in sores. Covid virus is only novel because the politically motivated scientist declared it to be claiming it was impossible to trace its genetic sequence. That was false and the only reason vaccines were developed in such short order is they fully understood how it was developed, sequenced, and mutated.

Now, I understand how a virus replicates and also the importance of genetic sequencing in a virus. If I was 40 years old I would go to school and get a doctorate in virology. Virus is the biggest threat to humans on this planet. Just look at what happened with one virus being released from Wuhan China. The Chinese are now the world superpower. I don't care if anyone believes it or not.

So when you get all personal and say foolish things, Cody, you just embarrass yourself. I might suggest you start reading and trying to understand what others post even if you agree. I could care less if you dress in a western design hazmat suit. If you believe the virus will jump out and get you and that your mask is protecting you from that, well good for you. Faith without doubt is a powerful thing.

My point is simple on covid, don't fear the boogieman, fear the booger man.

We will all be tested again on Monday and Tuesday for the second time and have results back on Thursday. If no positives we can resume allowing visitors.

Because we had one staff member infected two weeks ago we all underwent two days of testing last week and another two days this week. If results are OK this Thursday we can resume having visitors and some of the activities can be restored. The testing and restrictions are required by county health authorities.

I have no problem with any of the rules and regulations imposed by my Assisted Living Home because of COVID 19. These rules have helped keep me and other residents healthy and ALIVE

The same rules have helped instute a budget worldwide of Trillions of dollars y'all will have to pay for.
    And
while SOME might be "kept" alive, OTHERS are not.

Just got a call from my older brother, and our 97 year old mother has tested positive for Covid. She has had both shots, and is not showing any symptoms, but will still be placed in 14 day quarantine. Better safe than sorry.

Her testing was triggered because one of the staff members tested positive.

Getting the vaccines won't stop a person from getting Covid, just like the Senior Double-Dose Flu Shot won't stop a person from getting the flu, but it will definitely be much less serious.

Which is why a "Vaccine Passport" makes zero sense.

Why do I need evidence that I've reduced the possibility of me being symptomatic in order to mingle with the public? If anything, being around others while not knowing I've got this thing would make me more of a risk, not less of one.

If you ever decide to fly somewhere, John, tell that at the ticket counter or to TSA. IOW, "sorry, I don't have the card" and they will say "sorry, can't let you fly".
