I didn't want to post this under Amazing/Amusing Videos because one part of me insisted that I shouldn't be amused by it, and it's not exactly amazing. However, here it is. Nadler had bypass surgery a while back and it can take a few years for things in the gastrointestinal area to settle after bypass surgery, which is why I reprimanded myself for laughing.
I had to read the comments. This one is a win... The Ball 3 weeks ago Dammit DNC, that isn't what I meant when I demanded you fill that seat 252
Not exactly a political video, but certainly fits today's political narrative. This was from 1965; Paul Harvey. (3 minutes 22 seconds)
That's a great video. I used to watch Paul Harvey, and loved his news casting, especially the ones where he gave the "rest of the story". I wish we had someone like him with us now. Sadly, all the things he said about what he would do if he were the devil, ARE being done today, and at an alarming rate. I'm especially concerned for our youth, but I won't go off on a religious tirade, as sometimes I'm apt to do. But life today is particularly tough on them, when we look at some of the trash on T.V. One quick example is a famous pop star musician, who has a well-known father formerly in his own t.v series. (I don't want to mention names, but you should be able to figure it out). She unashamedly announced to her audience of youthful, ecstatic admires that she is "pansexual". (there is already a thread on this subject, so won't elaborate, since I don't really understand it)
Now here is one gutsy and smart 9 year old named “Novalee”. She is confronting her school board about the BLM posters, [a poster that the school previously said would not be allowed], in her school. Incidentally, the school is just outside of Minneapolis, the location where the George Floyd debacle occurred. Her mother did say that she helped her daughter with the speech but the speech was all Novelee’s idea and the content was as well.
This is our Alabama representative, Mo Brooks, responding to CNN reporter Jim Acosta. He simply repeats that he does not interact with their reporters because they lie and are dishonest. Acosta tries to provoke him into an answer; but never denies the allegations of dishonesty.
I have not been a fan of Tucker Carlson since he felt the need to dump on Trump just before the election, probably to get out of what was then a growing #MeToo attack, which went away once he shoved his daggers into Trump, but he does come up with some good stuff from time to time, and this is interesting. It's not long, and I suggest watching the whole thing. Although the first part is from 2015, it places everything else in context.
I don't think I've ever linked to a Judge Jeanine video before because, while I often agree with her, I find her to be unnecessarily annoying, but she did a pretty good job here. By the way, YouTube inserts Trump's picture whenever there is something on the screen that they consider to be unkind to Democrats. Pretty childish, but that's what we get from YouTube.
