After twitter put two notes under POTUS posts saying fact check but if you follow the fact check you find opinion pieces from CNN and other media which has nothing to do with facts but opinions from a bias media. So Trump made an executive order that removes the liability protection over censoring a warning for Facebook, Twitter, and Google to stop the censorship of free speech. His executive order is nothing but a waste of time impossible to enforce probably unconstitutional,and will come back to bite him in his giant ass! but go right ahead and praise him! But of course being Canadian you don't have a dog in the fight, just your nose!
There are many tweets on Twitter that cross the line but Twitter is only targeting Trump's and those who support our President. This is wrong and there are things that can be done to stop this. Some of the Twitter workers are even posting tweets that cross the line but nothing is being done to their tweets either.
Jim Acosta, a commentator of dubious quality for CNN (no, I did not write Journalist) was questioning our new press secretary concerning the President”s position about the fact checking debacle. His forward was something like; The Washington Post has fact checked D. Trump and found him to have blatantly lied 18,000 times since the start of his presidency. Since I do not know which entity is really giving out these uh.....facts, I will make my own supposition. If the President works roughly 12 hours a day, 7 days a week then Jim Acosta and or the Washington Post is lying and needs to be fact checked themselves. If those statements are true then D. Trump would have had to blatantly lie about 1 1/3 times every working hour he has been in office. Now, if indeed somehow D. Trump did the impossible then he’s probably broken some world record but alas, it MUST be true because after all, I read it on FB and I think Twitter even allowed that statement so there is, no doubt. Nobody fact-checks liberals. Liberals don't do it because they depend on lies, and conservatives don't do it because liberal lies don't surprise them.
One problem for the left is when they say Trump lied. One month or six months later it turns out to be right and he did not lie.
However, unless you watch the few news shows that will report this, you won't know that, because it's not like CNN, MSNBC, or any of the others are going to admit that they were the ones who were lying.
