As the President announced yesterday, there is another problem looming at the doorsteps. I don’t think it’s a big problem but a problem nonetheless. He and his staff are jumping ahead to figure out which steps to take and in which sequence they are to be taken in order to bring the government back on line.

It isn’t going to be like horse race in as much as I do not believe he wants someone to fire a pistol and yell, “they’re off!”.
Once each step to re-open the government is taken the states can opt to do likewise and in an orderly, well organized way.

    D. Trump has been thinking ahead of the curve since before his last State of the Union speech and I for one, am glad he’s still doing that.

When I was diagnosed four years ago with Rheumatoid Arthritis my Rheumatologist prescribed Plaquenil /Hydroxychloroquine. It's not a cure it just eases the symptoms and progression. When I Googled it ----it said it was used to treat Malaria.
I am not currently taking the drug.

    Tiger tests positive for coronavirus

"A tiger at the Bronx Zoo has tested positive for the new coronavirus, in what is believed to be the first known infection in an animal in the U.S. or a tiger anywhere, federal officials and the zoo said Sunday.

The 4-year-old Malayan tiger named Nadia — and six other tigers and lions that have also fallen ill — are believed to have been infected by a zoo employee who wasn’t yet showing symptoms, the zoo said. The first animal started showing symptoms March 27, and all are doing well and expected to recover, said the zoo, which has been closed to the public since March 16 amid the surging coronavirus outbreak in New York."

That's interesting. Malaria, Arthritis, and the Wuhan Virus. Sounds like a versatile drug.

If I were to start a new thread on the Covid-19 virus it be titled, “Inflated Number of Deaths”.

I was listening to a doctor on the radio and he rather passively verified what I have been fearing for some time. By passively, I mean that he said that it’s highly likely that the death stats have been skewed to reflect the number of positive tests and not necessarily the actual more prevalent cause of death.
In other words, if a person dies of a heart attack or even food poisoning but tests positive for the virus, he’s now part of the virus stats. The rationalization is that since a person tests positive, it might be likely that the Chinese virus was a contributing factor ergo, he died of the virus.
I have written it a few times on this forum but the real definition of rationalize is a “rational lie”.

So, here we go again and I am pointing to the MSM for not reporting the truth. If they reported that the death numbers are inflated (and why) and also reported the number of recoveries from those who were actually inflicted with the disease, the level of angst in this country would diminish greatly.

I guess it might be a two edged sword in a way. if they did report such a thing then some folks would get too lax but on the other hand, those who are still panicking might see more light at the end of this formidable (but not overwhelming) tunnel and relax a little more.
Still, either way, I’d like to hear the truth and not something akin to a set of cooked books by an accountant working for the mafia.

I posted a link a few days ago to an advisory that pretty much directed physicians to do just that. When they suspect or assume that death might be related to COVID-19, or if the virus may have had anything to do with exacerbating an existing problem, they were to list COVID-19 as the cause of death. In other words, for people who die with the virus, the cause of death is to be attributed to the virus. The directive even acknowledges that this departs from the norm, in that a positive test for a virus wouldn't ordinarily be assumed to be the cause of death.

So it is clear that they want these numbers inflated. Why?

Sorry about missing the link Ken. Sometimes I do not go to a link if the post was enough to convince me of it’s of its validity or I might have missed the entire post.

As to the why, my best guess (and I do mean guess) goes back to Rom Emanuel’s statement about not letting a crisis go to waste. It might be rather conspiratorial sounding but the World Health Organization gets most of its funding from China and pretty much jumps when China says to jump. That said, the CDC is tied in with the WHO so if one looks at who is at the helm of the CDC we might find some rabbit tracks leading to a financial arrangement and /or a political distortion in order to cherry pick the next President of the U.S.

Well, for awhile, the coronavirus had taken over the news mostly, but...……...shootings/murders are now back! A doctor and his wife were killed in Madison, Wisconsin and a murder in New Orleans over the weekend, plus.

In the past when I have replied to your posts I have given you the honor of spelling out every detail so that none would be mistaken as to what I am writing.
Please do me and others the honor and opportunity to read exactly what you agree with and / disagree with. After all, I nor anyone else can read minds or is there a possibility that you can and do not realize that others cannot?

It doesn’t help that they are counting almost every death as CV related, regardless of that the actual cause was. People are reporting all over on facebook about relatives that died from things like cancer or a heart attack, and they list it as CV-19 instead.
Plus, they are counting people who aren’t even real.
Look at this, and there is more like this , if you just take the time to look on social media. If all you see is the fake news, then they will keep you thinking that this virus is much worse than it is. Your choice, educate yourself, believe the fake news.
