Wow, Lon, that does look good! But, I'd have to have a little more potatoes and egg.

Mine today will be similar to Lon's only with bacon and sans toast. Don't require extra carbs.

I made a cabbage breakfast burrito, and it was different and delicious ! I have been eating more cabbage, it is healthy, filling and low calorie/carb as well.
Besides the sauerkraut and kimchi, I have just been eating some steamed cabbage and rice for my brunch meal.
Today, I made the cabbage, onion, tomato, green onions, and rice stir fry, then added an egg and toasted one of the low-carb tortillas.
I put some shredded cheese and homemade salsa on my burrito, too.
It was really delicious, filled me up, and I will probably do this again.

So, yesterday, I ran across a recipe in YouTube , called simply “Cabbage Pie”. It was basically cabbage, eggs and self-rising flour, and looked pretty simple to make, and I thought I would like it for breakfast.
Today I chopped up the cabbage and onions, added the other ingredients, and followed the directions to make it, and it turned out looking pretty good. Mr. Bobby is not easy to shock, but when I announced that I had made a “cabbage breakfast pancake” and asked if he wanted to try some, he just sat and stared at me.
Finally he asked.......”cabbage ? .... like the green stuff ?”
I said I would show him, and he decided that he had to try some. Once he tasted it, he said it was good, but not what he wanted for breakfast. I thought it was delicious , and made a great breakfast, going to have that again.

    Here is the recipe.

I am thinking that it is warm enough for iced coffee today, too, @Al Amoling ! I ordered some natural organic cocoa to put into my iced coffee, which makes it more of an iced mocha, and it hot weather, I really like iced coffee. I like it much better than iced tea, for sure !

My wife loves cereal in the morning, like Honey Nut Cheerios or Lucky Charms. But, once restaurants open back up, we will have some mornings eating at a favorite one. There I will have a ham-cheese omelet, home fries, a rather large pancake and coffee (flavored cream/Splenda). She loves blueberry pancakes, when we go out.

At home, my favorite breakfast is...….two eggs, link sausage and/or bacon, chopped up-fried potato, two toast and coffee. This breakfast can actually hold me over until supper!

I had half of an avocado on a slice of whole wheat bread (Dave’s Killer Bread), with mayo and Swiss cheese. Plus, I had my morning coffee and a small bowl of fresh fruit salad.
This will last me until supper most likely. We usually only have one main meal each day, and then something small if we are hungry.
