I am another 2 lbs down, and really happy ! I know that part of this is just the water fluctuation, but at least it is fluctuating in the right direction. I have not been 100% zero carb, but staying under 5 grams per day, plus the swimming and exercise. After being stalled (or gaining) for so long now, it is wonderful to be seeing that scale move in the right direction, and my clothes are fitting better, too. I still have a long ways to go, but am happy to be seeing progress. Another thing, is that my energy seems to be skyrocketing ! We always have high energy days and low energy days, but I feel like my body moves freer when I walk, and I have a better stride again.
June 21/22 Calories: 990 Weight: 129.4 (-0.2) Not much, but I'll take it. Mowed front lawn and part of the back. Includes 3 Oscar Meyer all beef hotdogs. Almost as good as candy. No buns.

Here"s me in a pair of my Honey's jeans...mine are all getting to big for me. I have lost 18-20 pounds since receiving my BC diagnosis. Since my BC is estrogen fed...getting rid of my excess fat is a help in toning down the estrogen my body is still producing. This weight has dropped of by changing my eating habits to a lot of juicing, eating fruits and veggies, whole grains, beans and nuts, and limiting my meat and seafood intake...and of course eliminating almost all processed and refined foods and sugar.
