How about Dime Box, Texas, or Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.

Oh I'm always fascinated by unusual place names... there' seems to be a huge amount and it make one wonder how they got named in the first place.

My neighbouring hamlet is called Cold Christmas...:)

I've been to Dime Box and Truth or Consequences. In New Mexico it's known as T or C. It got that name in March, 1950 pr '51 when it agreed to change its name if Truth or Consequence, the Tv program, but was broadcast from there. T or C was formally named Hot Springs. strange town names can be found all over, and sometime we do wonder how it came to be.

I've been looking at the map and I see several that sound sort of kookoo to me. For instance, Burnt Porcupine, Maine. Why, Arizona; Hot Coffee, Mississipp;i; Uneedus, LA.; Gas, Kansas; Two Egg, Fla.; Noname, Colorado; Rough and Ready, California; Climax, Georgia (wonder what's going on down there); Snackover, Ark.; Well, if your eyesight is good you can take a map and go on and on but they do get tamer.

I had a friend who lived in eastern Pennsylvania. He often joked that he had to go through Intercourse (PA) to get to Paradise (PA).

...(here Climax would have fitted nicely but was already mentioned by Bill.)

Anyway, to extend that a bit you might say:
For that you don't need a Hooker (Oklahoma), so that not even a Monkey's Eyebrow is raised in (Kentucky) and you should bypass Belchertown (Massachusetts).

Bill Clinton was seen wearing a Toad Suck T-Shirt in Arkansas. For this name an explanantion is offered:
"The origin of the name Toad Suck is disputed. Some believe that it received the name when idle rivermen would congregate at the local tavern where they would "suck on the bottle 'til they swell up like toads", while others believe it is a corruption of a French phrase meaning "a narrow channel in the river."

So, I of all people, am going to bring up the tongue in cheek town of "Athol" Idaho?
The first time I saw the sign pointing the direction to it, my brain went a little cheeky on me and I happened to think, "I can find 'em everywhere I look without having to go 5 miles to find one".
