Just for clarification... are you wishing you were "the catch" by that guy or that you had been the one to catch the fish?
I fish no more. The last time I went fishing, maybe forty years ago, I went with my wife's nephew. He was catching fish; I wasn't. He told me I didn't know how.. Got back home I thought maybe he's right. I gave my rods and reels and all my tackle to a young man whgo liked to fish but was using a cane pole. However, my BIL who lives on the lake at Eastland, TX keeps my freezer loaded up with bass and crappy. Yours is a real nice cat.
