Company Phone Calls

    Just got of the phone after 20 minutes and all I wanted was to make an appointment !
    I've come to detest calling companies and only call when I absolutely have to
    Its put me in a down mood now, because after conversing with an automated voice, the
    human contact - two of them :rolleyes: were absolutely clueless !
    I wish I had some Vodka ....................I'd put up with the side effects

    I know what you mean...I dread it.

    Many doctors here have you go on line to set appt time and do any paper work needed in advance. That helps some.

    Aside from sometimes having to create another password for their website...it is nice and cuts down on time at the office.
