I found 3mg of melatonin, I googled that amount as lower was no good (over here!) And where was this 3mg ? On Amazon ! I wish they would show 'everything' on the day Surprisingly, they are available 'not' in this country, but at least I can get them via Amazon, which I prefer Here, the dosage is high !
