I have always been highly skeptical of so called cryptocurrencies, and I remain so, but some people are cashing in on the trend. I signed up for a Bitcoin Wallet, and started earning my first satoshi's...(part of a Bitcoin) on a Faucet. It is kind of an interesting game at this point, but if I really start stacking up some coin..I might take it a bit more seriously. Someone I am aware of just made several hundred dollars of real money, by exchanging his Bitcoin.
I know someone on a forum who is into that. He's usually not on here but is a member. Maybe if I tag him, he'll come and tell about his experience. @Sifu Phil Bonifonte
Some people are very much into it. I kind of think it's better days might be over already, but it is interesting to learn about. I would rather have real cash, but there are ways to exchange Bitcoin for more familiar currency. So, it can be lucrative especially if you are into mining.
