Yabu is a Japanese restaurant specializing in pork loins called Donkatsu. It's not like other buffet restaurant with the all-you-can-eat style of dining because you order the pork dish which is limited but the rice and other garnishings are unlimited. I particularly like their buffet style because I am not forced to binge. The slice of pork loin has 3 sizes and I always order the medium and heavy eaters can order the large size. And since the rice, cole slaw and fruits are unlimited, that's what I binge on, I mean, the fruits and cabbage only.

If you only do it once in awhile, Corie...no problem but even too much fruit will put on pounds.

I only go to one buffet anymore and that's the Easter Brunch one in a hotel in Monterey that right on the Bay.

I eat mostly the seafood but I know it's a day when I will eat a lot more calories than I usually do...I even have dessert. :)
