Have you heard of Feng Shui? That is the Chinese art of applying numbers in everything that is related to your habitat. My sister-in-law is a Feng Shui practitioner and as I had seen her do Feng Shui, she would take note of the surroundings with a compass in her hand and measuring things with a tape measure (the bigger one used by carpenters). She said that our life is greatly affected by the position of things like the location of the house inside the lot, the location of trees and plants and so many other items that would probably needed rearranging.

After a day, the Feng Shui master would come back with the analysis, normally about 2 to 5 pages outlining the changes that the house owner should make. It can be the color of the wall or an entire room, the kind of door that would give you more luck... yes, it's all about getting good luck.

It looks silly to believe in such things but I wonder why rich people have their Feng Shui masters to chart the luck in their life especially for the business.

I've heard of it but don't believe in it. I knew people that did and didn't see any difference in anything. My husband was and he died anyway. Didn't matter where he put his bed.

I have a book about Feng Shui at home and look into things. I went to the library's little discussion on it one day too and borrowed a book then bought the one I have now to have for information. I understand that Feng Shui master's help cost a lot of money too.

In the elections of 2013, my husband was part of one committee for the campaign of a senatorial candidate. There was this guy named Baylon who looked rich and was sitting beside my husband. In a casual chat, my husband learned that the guy is a Feng Shui practitioner who helps chart the path to success of the senatorial candidate. The guy even said that most rich people, particularly businessmen, have their retainer for Feng Shui masters to maintain the good inflow of wealth and money. My husband just nodded so as not to be rude.

For a religious person, it is unthinkable for a position of the bed to dictate the health and well-being of a person. And I don't think that house is haunted just because the foundations were on the wrong latitude.

PS. That senatorial candidate ran in the recent presidential elections and landed only 3rd. It looks like Feng Shui did not work for her.
