From what I heard on the radio last Friday (?), children are the one’s who are getting the worse end of the recent outbreak of the flu. It’s not that kids do not get the flu but apparently it’s been deadlier this year for the young ones. Now, I have no proof nor have I heard of any speculation on the matter but I do wonder if anyone suspects that the kids who have succumbed to this latest version of the flu also got shots for Covid-19? I also wonder how much a mask would compound the effects of a kid with the flu?
If it's the kids who were vaccinated who are getting sick, we'll never be told. In fact, their sickness will be used to encourage further vaccinations.

I can't figure out the rules in Virginia. Medical facilities have gone "Optional," but I have an appointment with the local LabCorp to have blood drawn, and they make you stay in your car until called and require a mask when you're inside. Dunno what my GP is doing.
All doctors offices here still require as mask. Last two weeks have been wearing mask at store -unless it is early and no one really there. Not planning on another booster shot-3 was enough.

I was going to wear a mask today in the store since so many were there. But I forgot it, I will wear a mask and always alcohol my hands when I get back in the van in flu or Covid times.
The following is not directed at you, but my soapbox was handy.... I wouldn't. Not in any circumstances. If the law does not have the legal right to whatever they are trying to take from me, or if there's legal ambiguity, I fight it to the end...even if the substance of what they are asking for is meaningless, because the issue is not the thing, the issue is our freedoms. They do not get to abrade my rights (or your rights) away. This is especially true after the years of lies and propaganda and attacks and they admit they are out to get you. They invaded his home and rifled through his wife's belongings because "Stealing national secrets to sell them" all over the news. Now they're contemplating obstruction of justice charges solely to cover their corrupt asses. The crime of the century kind of went away, didn't it? Yet we've not been told that the prior president has been cleared, have we? And they harass the man on something else. I won't get on board with throwing anyone's rights under the bus just because the pursuers are so unrelenting that I "get tired" of hearing about it and just want it to go away. This hatred of conflict is understandable, but is a commonly prostituted cynical ploy that we cannot fairly yield to. They get nothing without a fight, and they must justify why they are pushing to the point we get tired of hearing about it. This is a universality I would stand up for regardless of who the respective parties are. These are everyone's rights at risk.
I'm glad you mentioned this. I'm going out among the unwashed masses tomorrow and will take the nasal spray I talked about here with me, then when I get home I'll gargle with the mouthwash I discussed in the same comment. I'm more concerned with the pent-up cases of the flu than I am anything else.
