Apparently, the gas pipelines from Russia to Europe began leaking last night due to possible small explosions on the underwater pipelines under the Baltic Sea. Possible false flag by Britain or the U.S. or Ukraine, or sabotage by Russia. It seems that nobody that I can find knows for sure what happened. It could be a physical attack or a cyberattack. Accidental leakage seems unlikely, but the gas supply to Germany and the mainland of Europe is completely cut off now for the foreseeable future even if the powers-that-be come to some agreement on gas supply. It could bring panic to the European economies and population as things seem to have taken a turn for the worse. Can LNG supplies keep Europe afloat through the winter? What do you think?

As a side note, the British pound has now hit record lows against the dollar as our stock market seems to be on unsteady ground.

They are talking about this on Twitter, and there are pictures of the ocean literally foaming where the gas is apparently coming from the broken pipes to the surface. Here is a link to the Reuters article and it shows pictures of the ocean foaming, and also one of where the pipeline goes.

There is just now a news statement on Twitter about a huge explosion in Halle, Germany, unknown if it is related to the pipeline issue or not at this time.

I was also seeing where Biden states that WE (US) will stop Nordstream if Russia attacks, so it sounds pretty likely that Biden (or whoever is in charge) is actually behind this.
This is a screenshot, but it is an actual video clip and you can hear him saying what the clip states he said.

Lots of chatter about Biden doing it.

Denmark (and another country I cannot recall) detected 2 explosions in international waters equivalent to something like a mag 2.3 earthquake, but they know it was explosions.

If this were a presidential election year, my money would be on Biden/the U.S. doing it.

Whoever did it, Europe will be suffering for it, and the U.S. residents will pay for it, as I am sure Biden will ship all the gas he can to help Europe.

I guess you read that California is banning all natural gas heating devices. Just in time for winter, with no notice to the residents.

So Europe can have California's gas.

Exactly what I was pointing to. I am sure the feds will do similar things. Fortunately for us, Alaska's gas is difficult to export from the state, as we have limited LNG facilities. China was negotiating to build such facilities if they could have first dibs on the gas.

Now I just heard that this was a repeat of something the CIA did to a Soviet pipeline in the 1980s that generated a 3 kiloton equivalent explosion. It was done by sabotaging hardware that the Soviets were stealing from the U.S.. The CIA discovered the theft and put a trojan into the software that ran the stolen hardware and it increased the pressure in the line to the point that it exploded. It seems that the West gained propaganda value from the blast, while Russia lost a major infrastructure. The explosion supposedly coincided with the rise of unrest against the government in Germany and this was perhaps a way to shut down the unrest. Trump warned the Germans against becoming too reliant on Russian energy and the German diplomats actually laughed at him at the UN. Who is laughing now?

Just another reason the election was stolen. Trump was every globalist's speed bump.

To correct the false impression...I subsequently read that the ban is set to take place in future years, not "right now" as I implied.

I now have gotten it from several sources that the Ukrainians blew the pipelines as a way to remove Russia's bargaining power with the West. Ukraine apparently has had a quite significant cyber warfare group for some years, and they Zelenskyy decided that Europe might weaken when winter arrived and ask Russia to turn the gas back on, at which time Russia could ask for concessions as far a Europe's support for Ukraine was concerned. Ukraine took that out of the equation and Russia has much less bargaining power now. Makes sense to me. I don't really think that I truly believed Russia would blow up their own infrastructure.

I'm hearing that once winter hits and the ground freezes, the Russians are gonna march right in and the war will be over.

Reading that Ukraine might have been responsible brings a smile to my face. Good for them.

One commentator said " If you aren't hearing about the war, it is because the Russians are winning." I am sure that the plan is to walk over Ukraine once the ground freezes. The U.S. and NATO are gonna be pumping money and weapons into that place until the last Ukrainian is dead or in prison. They could have negotiated a treaty at the beginning, but it is hard to give up part of your country. Sad that so many have to die on both sides. It all helps China though.

It appears that the Finnish Parliament is now in the control of a conservative coalition (of the two furthest Right parties). Like all civilized nations, Finland reports the election results by the end of the last day of voting, or at the end of the next day if there are really tight contests. As we fall deeper and deeper into the Banana Republic category, the way we do elections is shameful.

The EU elites are getting concerned as their liberal strongholds are falling one by one.
