And in so many other places too sadly. Baton Rouge here in Louisiana is said to be a one of sex traffickers main line cities. It makes me sick to think I used to live there and had no idea that was going on. But it's pretty much wide spread now...just like the drug business.
Are you talking about the kidnapping of children Babs...or sex abuse? I know the latter goes on everywhere I was a victim myself... but if you mean kidnapping of children is going on everywhere I'd sincerely hope not... I'd be absolutely horrified and completely stunned if I learned of it happening here where I live...
I'm talking about the taking of children by sex traffickers who sell them to perverts, etc. to fulfill their sexual fantasies. But yes I do believe the kidnapping of children can happen just about anywhere now days. And although sometimes the kidnapping is done by the parent who didn't end up with custody in a divorce situation, or for ransom, there is also evil people kidnapping children and selling them to perverts. I don't believe this is just happening here in the US. A lot of these children are even sent to other countries...sold to the highest bidder.
Oooh it's rampant in the Orient.. absolutely rampant, that's known as fact!! ..and in India, or more to the point young girls sold for sex or marriage to much older men..., and yes it COULD happen anywhere.
I'm just beyond horrified at this..I can't believe this isn't News headlines everywhere in the world!!
Politics and other crap and suppositions aside .... You have to admit that it was a great thing that happened. I hope it has an impact on some of those who are taking these children for whatever demented purpose. On one hand I want the world to know we can do this .. on the other hand I fear it will result in children being shipped out of the country faster or ever killed. In the event that just occurred ... it's well done and let's keep going ... we need the children rescued and returned.
It's all for perverted sex Holly! And it's not just men doing the buying either. In the past I did a lot of research on this horrific business because of my love for children. I hate what is going on here and I pray all the time that no one will ever get a hold of my grandchildren, etc. and be able to do this to them. But it's happening all over and much more often than we know of. And it's so sick I get disgusted even thinking of it.
