Taking a cue from Ken, I'll post that we went to the home Pre-season Pro game last night and had a great time. The best part of Pre-Season games is the score really doesn't matter all that much. Rookies are trying to make the team and the veterans are trying to hold on to their jobs. I can relax and look at the 'big picture' of what the coach and team are striving for. New formations, finding out what works and what doesn't, keeps these game interesting. Beer was cold and the hot dog warm, what more could I ask for! The great thing about this forum is I can post and not worry about anyone responding, it's not why I post here. It's my one and only social outlet on the internet and I have fun interacting with the folks here. Sometimes it feels like I'm talking to myself, which I do quite often and when I answer myself, I'm pretty sure I can't trust the source...
Yep, not everyone is into NFL and, depending on what team you are rooting for, you could get a reply about a different team. We aren't that popular here at all, because we are Denver Bronco fans and, since moving here in early 2009, have only seen two people wearing a Denver Bronco baseball cap. Like I already knew, nobody moves to Florida from Colorado, that we know of or have met. Our college football team is the University of Wyoming Cowboys and NOBODY here knows them.
I talk to myself sometimes when I want to have an intelligent conversation. I'm not into football but if I lived near any of the baseball spring training sites, I'd go.
Not an NFL fan at all. Quit watching when it stopped being football and started being a soap opera. However, I love college football. Go Bucks!
