I am a newbe here and was wondering why there is a little icon telling me I have posted one message on some of the games I played? I;m the only one that it has that icon ? how do I get rid of it.. now when I get done here it will say I have posted 2 messages posted here.. Its like im being tailed or something,
I am not sure what you mean but if you're not seeing it on anyone else's, that probably means that it's only for you. I haven't noticed such a thing myself, so I can't tell you for sure. Can you tell me where on the page you are seeing this? I am going to move this, and my reply, to the "Help" section in the meantime.
I'm sure it's nothing to be concerned about. The forum keeps track of how many posts you've made, but pretty much all forums keep statistics. Again, if you could let me know where this icon is on the page, and what it looks like, I can look into it for you. Maybe it's something that's been here all along, but I never concerned myself with it. Under your profile, it will state when you joined the forum, how many messages you have posted, and how many likes you have received, but it does that for everyone, and that's not an icon, so I don't think that's what you're referring to.
yep that's what the icon was that I was talking about..,my avatar, lol... (thanks Ken) so its only me that sees my own avatar..,.. gotcha. it does it on games when I see my little Avatar icon.. haven't noticed it here though.. wait let me check again.. Ok , its here too. So I guess no matter where I go ,there I am.. no big deal..
