I hope it turns out to be something fixable.

I'm sorry Gloria this must be very worrying for you financially but your dog needs to see a vet asap....this could be very dangerous...

Did he maybe eat something he shouldnt have?

Im on my iPhone and out but I'll write more when I get home.

I think there are cheaper vets but you have to ask around your neighborhood.

Pickles was sick about a month ago. Not diarrhea, he's never had that but he threw up and the weird thing was that he kept licking his chomps. I looked that up and it said it could be a sign of nausea in dogs.

I didn't give him his food for a day...just a bit of brown rice with a little sweet potato in it and a slice of banana.

Thankfully he was better the next day but I was worried also.

Hope it's nothing serious...I know how worried I was with Pickles....and cost can be an issue also..vets are very expensive.

Possible tape worm...3 meds $112...not bad really. Vet said otherwise he was is real good shape and i was taking very good care of him. Weighs 7.5 pounds
I take him to the Community Outreach Pet vet...much cheaper than most.
He is house bound dog but must have picked up a flea somewhere on the rare occasions he is out side. Will keep my eye on him...thank you all for input:)

@Gloria Mitchell , I hope he will be OK. If the diarrhea doesn't clear up, you can try giving him Pepto Bismal.
