As far as I can see, most of those countries have not done anything specifically that we could consider an attack here in the US. We have not had good relations with some of them, and there was the whole Iran hostage crisis incident; but that was because we had people in their country, and not because they came here and held anyone hostage. We have been told that Russia was a danger since I was a young girl; but they never dropped any bombs on us, inspite of the fact that we built bomb shelters all over America in case they did that. They have been an ally when we were involved in a major war, and even now are doing a good job to help stop ISIS. We always hear about the dangers of China; but we seem to do most of our trading with em now, and just about everything that people eat or wear comes from there. The funded terrorist groups seem to be what is causing the main problems here, as well as the illegals that come across the Mexican border; so those are the two that I chose.
I live in California and really don't fear Mexicans at all..only ones in gangs. Every single Mexican wether legal or illegal that Ive come across has been hard working, friendly and probably nicer than most others.
Did anyone actually vote on this? Not sure I want my answers to be public, as California just might try to attack me personally
I had to laugh out loud Chrissy... many people in Texas think all folks from California and New York are a big PITA.. Do not hit the messenger please...
While there might be aholes in CA. In 14 years Ive not come across too many...my main problem with Fresno is the heat in the summer. Yes, it's a liberal state but that also depends which area you live in. I also have no problem with liberals or conservatives....it's the ones on the far end that I can't stand.
That was exactly my point in the bigotry thread. We are being trained to hate other races. We have a lot of Mexicans here in the Huntsville area, too, and most of the ones we have had any contact with are hard working and friendly, just like you said, @Chrissy Cross . I think that most of the ones that live here and work are not the problem, it is the ones from the drug cartels that are coming in, and they are criminals here just like they were in Mexico, and sell drugs here, too. Then , there are the ones that belong to the radical organizations, like La Raza, who want to create another Mexican-American War, and take back most of our southern states for Mexico. These are the ones creating a problem for us, from my viewpoint, not the families who want to come here, work, and enjoy a better lifestyle.
