@Kate Ellery - I mainly use Amazon for most things as I can't go around the shops no more
Anyway, the shops wouldn't have the items !
Amazon provides 99 per cent of what I'm looking for, just type in what you want and its sure to come up

 

With my reward, I have purchased a peddle exerciser - my legs need it
You just sit on a chair and peddle

 

A good work out for your legs for sure, have those legs all muscled up and then you can go anywhere you wish.. that's a wonderful choice Patsy..
