    Trump has fulfilled several promises made during campaigning, to be sure. He has "stepped on toes", or worse, of many "highly respected" US legislators, Charles Schumer among others. The flak is flying. Trump undoubtedly HAD to know exactly how the outcome would be. Yet, he has made either personal errors, (the Holocaust speech), or possibly failed to carefully read speech material prepared and handed to him by the speechwriters.

    My point? Obviously, everything a President says, ANY President, is not in totality "words of his own mouth", but rather canned, prepared material carefully weighed in advance of his utterance.

    Might a subversive, sly, "trusted" speechwriter therefore prepare material carefully aimed at and intended to subvert, subliminally, his intentions"? Think about the possibilities. Chance to undermine a President's credibility. Invaluable. To the wrong people. Frank

    I agree - now he is President, he should choose his words carefully

    Schumer is against any thing any Republican does or says.

    You're worried President Trump may say something wrong? Wow! Everything he says or does the liberals will say is wrong, but it is them who are wrong.

    Oh come on Sheldon be fair, he's done well but he's not perfect and does say things that are cringe worthy
    We have them over here - can't understand why they don't learn by their mistakes though, maybe they still think its OK

    I agree, I voted for Trump and agree with most of his plans but he does say things that are cringeworthy or taken wrong because that's the way he speaks.

    Yes, the liberals pounce on everything he says and does but he makes it easy for them.

    Well at least he knows what the meaning of is is. He hasn't said we have to pass it so we'll know what's in it. I'll take cringeworthy utterings over lies anytime.

    Even though I do now support Trump as President, must agree with both Chrissy and Patsy. Trump is a "loud mouth" type person that lets everyone know what he wants.

    What I'm wondering about, there were all of these protestors out on Saturday and Sunday, but I seen nobody out with signs defending Trump and his Orders.

    A loud mouth that says what he wants is much preferable to the ways it's been done in secrecy, behind closed doors and telling lies. We all know what President Trump is doing.
    You don't see Trump supporters Because they have jobs and responsibilities. And no one is paying them to march

    @Sheldon Scott
    B1) The man cried today when discussing the plight of America's Muslim immigrants and travelers.
    B2) No, I am not worried a bit concerning Trump saying something wrong.

    As I mentioned in the other thread, they will criticize whatever he says, so I don't think it much matters. Most reasonable people don't believe for a moment that the protests are spontaneous or particularly prompted by anything Trump might say or do. Whatever he says or does, the responses will be critical and canned.
