I just finished Sue Grafton's X. We had read most of her alphabet series until we caught up with the and had forgot about them .We've still got the books somewhere so I'll have to see where we left off. I like all of them.

I'm rereading "Earth's Final Days...Essays in Apocalypse III" a book by several Bible prophecy experts. All I can say is it's interesting reading for those who have an interest in this area.

Just started "Salt: A World History" - Mark Kurlansky.
Even if we have to watch our intake of this mineral, the history
    of it is interesting.
    How it shaped Civilization.

The Power of a Praying Woman by Stormie Omartian. I love this Author...she has taught me so much about prayer and how to pray. And she has been a wonderful Mentor in helping me grow in my walk with Christ. :)

One of the highlights of our elementary school time was "BookMobile" day.
Ours was a big old Van type and we stood in line, waiting our turn.
I always hoped there would be a 'Space' book left for me to check out.
    Kind of like this one:

Just finished reading The Whistler (by Grisham) and No Man's Land (by Balducci). Enjoyed No Mans Land much more than The Whistler.

I'm currently about halfway through The Confession, by John Grisham. I think it's a great book. It's very interesting, and I have no idea how it will end. It's about a death row case in a small town in Texas, and I had to force myself to put it down, so I could get some things accomplished around here. I e-borrowed it from the library. I have a few more of his waiting on my Kindle once I'm finished with this one.

I'm not familiar with The Whistler @Debbie Seattle, is that a legal thriller, or another sort? I know he's written at least a few that weren't legal matter.

I'm now reading another e-library book by John Grisham, it's The Broker. It's very political, about a last minute pardon made by an outgoing disgraced U.S. president, and I'm finding it very interesting. Here's a review of it.

I just finished reading The Broker. I wasn't keeping track of how far along I was, and was surprised when I reached the end. I was looking forward to more. I'd like to read more about the characters, it was one of my favorite of his books. I'm about to start reading another Grisham novel: The Innocent Man: Murder and Injustice in a Small Town.

I usually have 2 books loaded up and ready to read on my equipment.
One is an easy read Fiction and another is more non-fiction.

Starting the 4th book in the 'Master and Commander' series:
"The Mauritius Command" by Patrick O'Brian

Also loaded up is "The Disappearing Spoon" by Sam Kean. This book deals with the Periodic Table of Elements.

Never know when I might want to drift off and join a sailing ship in the 1800's or read about how science progressed.

So many books, so little time...

This gal has a bunch of series (mystery/romance type) and I am on my 1st one of a series called "Vanished" (series name: private justice)

It's a good read imo. Much more suspense and mystery than romance, thank goodness. I couldn't put it down, and finally had to because it got so late and I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer;)

Here's the author's link if anyone wants to check out her series;) There are a lot of these in the library, and I check them out on my Nook.
