I got this recipe on All Recipes. I typically just use a mix when I make brownies, because in my opinion, it's a lot easier and also cheaper, but I didn't have a mix on hand, and didn't feel like running to the store, so I decided to try this recipe. I was going to use another one at first, until I realized that it required a whole cup of butter . The brownies came out very nice. They were soft and chewy, the way I prefer my brownies. I did have a little trouble getting them out of the pan, but if I'd left them in the oven for one more minute, maybe it would have been easier. Quick and Easy Brownies sound good! One thing I have wanted to try is Nutella Brownies. I know there are brownies you can make with 3 ingredients one of them being Nutella. I always thought they looked intriguing. Nutella I am not a big fan of normally, because it is a little too sweet for my tastes, it reminds me of eating a can of frosting, however, by the same token, I think that same sweetness would be good in brownies. I will be giving quick and easy brownies try..Thanks for posting Diane Lane!
